Affiliate Program Policy

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

• The affiliate partner program is designed for referring customers, individuals, and companies in the swimming pool and spa industry to assist VasserPro in helping swimming pool and spa service companies improve their businesses and for affiliates themselves earn additional income.
• VasserPro will pay a commission for any purchase identified as being made by a person referred via a link placed on the referring affiliate's website or email. The sale must be made within 60 days of referral for a commission to be due and if they still have the cookie on their computer.
• Three levels of Affiliates exist:
  • Standard Affiliate - All affiliates begin at this level unless reasonable cause can be given to justify raising affiliate to higher level.
  • Preferred Affiliate - Reached after 10 purchases of a subscription are made under an affiliate.
  • Elite Affiliate - Reached after 15 purchases of a subscription are made under an affiliate.
• The payout to Affiliate depends on the level they are at. The payout for each level is as follows:
  • Standard Affiliate - $20 per purchase of a subscription.
  • Preferred Affiliate - $40 per purchase of a subscription.
  • Elite Affiliate - 10% of the subscription fee collected per subscriber as long as the subscriber continues to pay the subscription fees.
• All accounts will be settled in full within 30 days after the end of every month.
• If the total due for the current accounting period does not reach US$100.00 the outstanding amount will be carried over to the next month.
• If a single user is referred by more than one affiliate, only the most current referral will be recognized.
• A referral commission will not be paid on orders that are fraudulent, result in a Chargeback or a customer refund.
• We reserve the right to decline a referral account application, without reason or cause.
• The account may be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination all outstanding accounts up to and including the termination date, will be settled and paid within 30 days after the end of the month. In the event that an affiliate partner account has a minus value, affiliate partner agrees to reimburse VasserPro with the applicable amount within 30 days.
• Affiliate partners are NOT to create identical copies of any VasserPro website.
• Affiliate partners are NOT to use iframes that frames a VasserPro website.
• Affiliate partners are NOT to use identical VasserPro page content on their own websites. Please be original or use the supplied promotional pages supplied.
• Affiliate partners are NOT to engage in email spam in the promotions of VasserPro products and/or services but are encouraged to email all those in their contact list to tell them about VasserPro.
• Affiliate partners are NOT to engage in search engine spam as specified by the current Google and Yahoo guidelines, in any promotions of VasserPro products and/or services.
• Affiliate partners are given a non-exclusive permission to use VasserPro logos and trademarks on their websites for the purpose of promoting VasserPro products and/or services. NOTE that Affiliates are NOT allowed to register domain names that include the words "Vasser", "VasserPro, or any VasserPro trademarks.
• Affiliate partners are given a non-exclusive permission to run Pay Per Click campaigns, such as Google AdWords, targeting VasserPro related keywords, including any Trademarked VasserPro terms as long as the landing page includes a prominent link to the applicable VasserPro product and the page copy is positively promoting the VasserPro Product.
• We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without notice at anytime.
